Not sure where to put this. there are worms from the garden all over the concrete yard, esp under a rubber mat that I forgot to take up after it was drying.

How do i get rid of them? I brush them back to the lawn but they come back up and go under front doormat.

Last week I fed the grass with this would that be it?But it happend even when i don't feed the lawn or do anything. Do other people have this
