For sale 2010 Giant Defy 2.

I am selling my Defy 2.

Its a medium/large size, full tiagra, carbon fork and seatpost, ultegra pedals and 2x Tacx aluminium bottle cages.

It has Mavic Aksium wheels (about a year old) Continental GP4000s tyres, plenty of life left in them.

It was serviced a few months back by Noel Holmes in Ballincollig where I bought it.

Not sure what kind of mileage I have put up on it really, I use it for commuting to work (32k round trip) and try get out for some longer spins at the weekends.

Very well kept bike, cleaned/oiled every week when used and always stored indoors.

I bought it in June 2010 and it hasn't missed a beat bar the wheels giving a little trouble and they have been upgraded to Aksiums. I haven't used it much in the last year due to being back at sea.

Only selling because I just bought a new bike and can't justify owning 2 bikes, I don't have the space either unfortunately!

Bike is in Cork may travel within reason, looking for 700ono comes with saddlebag, original pedals, spare tubes, tyre levers and minipump.

Depends on your inseam.

Height is a bad indicator.

You can be 6 ft and have a 28" inseam or be 6 ft and have a 36" inseam...

The original wheels were Maivc CXP22's, they gave trouble with the spokes which were replaced under warranty.

I just had no faith in them after that, I came across a set of new Aksiums for handy money and replaced them.

I'm not home until the weekend, I'll throw some pics up then, not much changed since the pic above only for new wheels and tryes and second bottle cage.

I'm living very close by and can view any time. I'm 5'11" so presume bike should be a reasonable fit with my own adjustments?

Hi, yeah the pedals are SHimano SPD SL Ultegra pedals.

I am 6ft so it should fit you no bother.
