Off Licenses open before 4PM around Christchurch

Want to get beer and been told that the guards requested that off licenses open at 4pm today. Anyone know one that's opened now around the city?

If the Gardai requested, that the Offies stay closed until 4pm, there's not a chance that any of them is open now...unless they want to risk their licence, I would say
