    but I wouldn't know which variety.

    Mimosa, well Albizia julibrissin aka Silk Plant which also gets called Mimosa.

    Google for pictures of the Albizia julibrissin to check.

    Sorry guys defo NOT a Stag's horn sumach google pics to compare.

    I thought it looked like Acacia - sometimes called Mimosa. Acacia dealbata is commonly sold for gardens.
