fault after opel service

    Got my 08 opel zafira back from a full service last week,just turned the fan on to demist the windows tonight, it now only works on setting 4?:mad:
    was ok before it when it, looked at work done on service sheet,and the pollen filter was changed,dont know if this may have cause a problem?

    Just coincidence IMO. The pollen filter is behind the glovebox, replacing it would not involve being near the heater/fan controls.

    would the heater resister be near the pollen filter?

    Not from memory, I think its down behind the panel beside where your right foot would be in the passenger footwell.
