    Hi,
My husband has had a mortgage since 2003, never missing a payment if that's relevant. Can I still qualify got first time buyers status if we apply for a joint mortgage?
    Thanks.

Afraid not. Both parties must never have owned a home to qualify for FTB status on a joint mortgage (with some minor exceptions)
