It's working fine (win xp) bar the hotkeys on the top, none of them are functioning but would like to get em going.

Thought I might need a driver but found this,

LiteOn SK-1789U Keyboard/Mouse Driver 1.0 Windows 98SE/2000. No need driver for Windows ME and Windows XP.

    http://www.lostmydrivers.com/input-device-drivers/So

    any idea guys :(

Here is the driver for XP.

XP may not need drivers for basic functionality but launch buttons, hotkeys, media player & volume controls do require additional drivers/software to be installed.

Hi Torquay would you mind following that link through to the final download position and give me the link for that, as I seem to keep going round in circles.

The only real download option I got was for External Mirror 1 which was in korean or something.

    tnks.

That should be the same, judging from the file size, name and version number.

It only supports Windows 98_SE/Windows 2000 and won't let me run it.

Is there any workaround even just for the www key.

You will need to extract the zip file somewhere (say a "liteon" folder on your desktop), then right click the setup.exe and choose properties>Compatibility and choose windows 98/2000 etc :) . All exe files should let you do this, wheather it will work in this case is another matter

I've right clicked on the setup.exe>properties but no edit options there.

I can't follow where your going nick unless you missed understood my posts but this driver is all ready 98/2000 compliant, but no use to me as it's not XP compliant.

sorry lads thought it was unzipped.

Tried the two options, 98/Me and 2000 and even a reboot but no joy, but there was a couple of desktop icons highlighted at the same time when hitting the home hotkey and one or two other's.

TBH, i wouldn't bother with the special keyboard hotkeys.

You can easily configure your own hotkeys and keyboard macros and a lot more with any generic keyboard if you're serious about it. Here is a good place to start.
