Cinema Jobs in Cork? Help?

    Anyone know where to find jobs posted by Cinemas in Cork? Badly want to find work for a cinema but every time I apply they have either just hired someone or aren't looking at the moment... I never see them advertised.

    Would be a great help! :)

    Just thought I would share this...

    I got an interview a month ago for the new Odeon Cinema opening up in the point village here in dublin. The interviewer said to me that over 3 days (I was day 1) that they would be interviewing 120 people for 26 positions. 6 of which were to be full time. The rest part time.

    120 people going for 26 jobs. The job was advertised on jobs.ie and the like. So in reality hundreds of people applied for that job if not well over a thousand. So op dont keep your hopes up of gaining a cinema job :) Illregardless of it being Dublin, Galway, Limerick or Cork.

    Can't help but mention that the interviewer said he would ring all applicants a week later weather successful or unsuccessful to let them know... I'm still waiting on that phone call :rolleyes:
