What qualification do I need to teach Level 5 Communication?

    I would like to know what qualification I would need to teach communications and word processing in the PLC sector.

    You will need to be registered with the Teaching Council and thus will require a degree in the relevant subjects you wish to teach eg Communications or I think English may also be sufficient. Check out the Teaching Council website for a list of approved degrees. There is no FE teaching qualification at the moment but there are normally alot of applicants who have the H Dip that apply for these positions. Best of luck.
