    You turn up to your usual spinning class ( mix of sexes and ages 25 to 35 ) and told its a class of just Abba music ( normally fast chart and rock )

    You've voluntarily gone to a spinning class and are complaining about the music?....people in glasshouses etc

    Nothing wrong with spinning classes...


    Can't stand them myself, haven't been to one since 1st year in college when I they made me go for exams. :)

    And just sit on the couch ? I only got a turbo a while ago and had paid for these so why no.

    Overall i find them good as they are geared towards tri and not the typical class ( thats until abba came along:D )

    Spinning bikes with tri bars on them and decent pedals, i bring my shoes as well. Honestly a good sesssion in the winter.

    So you guys consider spinning a load of poo?

    Only ever did one spinning class and hated it. Got my ass handed to me by my OH and her fat arsed mate. Not a good day in the life of theroadrunner.
