    Pops up when i turn the laptop on.

    Quick and easy solution:
    With Windows Explorer, navigate to your C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support folder.

    Copy the libmxl2.dll that you should find there, navigate to the nearby Mobile Device Support folder, and Paste it in there also.

    Reboot and see if all is well.

    No, iTunes only removes the component files and leaves the library files alone.
