Long story short, I want to stretch and warm up my waist and hips before my workout.

I'm at the bottom of quite a big mountain and I've a fair gut to get rid of. The thing is, the gut seems to get in the way of certain types of movements. For example, I'd be trying to do an oblique side bend but my range of movement is limited by the tire around my midriff which wedges between my rib cage and my hip bone.

A similar thing happens if I bend forward.

Basically what I need is a resource or some useful excercises for warming up/stretching my hip abductors, flexors, rotator muscles and glutes as well as hamstrings, quads, adductors and erector spinae.

Any help appreciated (beyond "get rid of the bellly fatso!":pac:).
