Hi, I had a quick look and it seems all other chrochet thread are in Arts and Crafts forum so put this here.
    Older threads
    From Galway

Apparently Westside Library has had classes in the past, could be worth giving them a ring.

    Hey,
Noticed your post there. There's some phone numbers in the Singer sewing shop behind the Kings Head.
Also, I'm a novice knitter/crocheter. I would be interested in learning with you and helping each other if you didnt want to pay. There are so many tutorials online and I have books that are pretty helpful. It's more the company of sitting down to do it with someone that I need.
Also, while it comes to mind, there's a stitch and bitch group near Pippa Blue on Abbeygate st.
PM me if you're interested anyway.

    Hi,
I was just searching myself for Stitch and Bitch, knitting groups, or experienced knitters in Galway willing to share their knowledge. Just wondering how you two are getting on?

Am still a bit of a novice knitter and have taken on quite a difficult challenge from Ravelry.com called V Lace.

    Am needing help with:
    • Swatching.
    • Body Measuring and size selection.
    • Counting stitches and rows in Lace.
    Thanks
    and Happy Knitting! :D

Sorry to bump an old thread but I've been looking for classes over the last while, and had very little luck. There's a Crochet class in Galway City Wednesdays, starting this week.

    Starts: Wednesday 25th September
    Duration: 5 weeks
    Time: 19:00-21:00
