Disk brake rotor striking pads when pedalling

Switched from winter wheels to summer wheels on my mtb commuter and now when getting out of the saddle the rear rotor is striking against one of the pads.
Happens only when I get out of the saddle or trying to pedal hard in the saddle. When coasting or pedalling normally there is no rotor rub.

Any ideas what could be at fault here? Nothing like that was happening with the winter wheels. The rotors are identical on both sets.

    Any advice greatly appreciated, thanks.

Wheels are flexing a little, ie the bike is moving horizontally on the hub.
It probably does, on the other wheels too but the clearance may be slightly different.
Try re-fit the wheels first you can usually move them a mm or two in the frame before tightening.
You may need to re-seat the caliper so there's a little more clearance.

Check that your quick-release is done up tight enough and as studiorat says, check the clearance.

check your wheel axle nuts are tight ( not to tight )

take the wheel of the bike and tighten the axle, only finger tighten, you can tell if they need tightening if you have the wheel on the bike and it wobbles slightly from side to side when you move it.

    cheers
