With total respect to the man, David Yates (Daily Mirror's Newsboy) at todays 3 meetings, total of 20 races, picked 3 winners. At odds of 1/3, 10/11 and phew! 5/1.

Good luck with your bets. You'll have to try hard if you want to do much worse than a professional pickster on a bad day.

No need for tips today the PP money back special if Sprinter Sacre won meant that no matter what horse won the punters won. Many of us went from shop to shop backing all the runners except Sprinter then backing Sprinter to win half of what we stood to win if any of the other 5 won.In my case a guaranteed €450 and no risk unbelievable.

Excellent work: (The task being to place the bets in different shops as one shop would not have taken all, or would they?)

They would but as only €100 was the limit back on each loser we had to place in all the different offices to be certain of making a profit.I dont believe PP will make such an offer again as they were not expecting the field to cut up thus making it simple to make money with no risk.A friend said the icing on the cake would be if the winner got thrown out then we would be paid on 2 winners and money back on losers, can you imagine.

    Hi UrbanSea.

Thank you for the link, I hadn't realised there was a forum for that.

I look forward to engaging in an educated and well thought out debate over there in the near future
