Hi we are gutting and extending our semi detached house. The house is being rewired and replumbed. What approximately should it be costing us to replumb pressurised system.
There will be two bathrooms (one wetroom, one with shower in bath).
7 rooms requiring radiators excluding bathrooms and the living room will have underfloor heating. The pipes are in the concrete already and need to be connected. We also want solar panels probably 30 tubes 300ltr tank. Boiler high efficiency with good warranty eg viessman or worchester bosch.

One eatra question the tube in concrete for underfloor heating is Qualpex I have been told by one plumber that this won't work is this true.
I would be very grateful for any insight. Many thx

I would say some where in between €10000/€20000 maybe.
If it was normal qualpex bought from a plumbers providers then it wont do. Qualpex do an underfloor heating system but the pipe is slightly different.

What manufacturer designed the underfloor system for you?

Do you know how much pipe is in the floor as in meters of pipe per m2 of floor area, the length of the pipe loops, the thickness of the concrete and the thickness of insulation under it.
This needs to be calculated right and installed to the calculations/design.
