Take some acid beforehand, youll have a better chance trying to read the gravity defying greens!

Despite appearances, every put breaks towards Ballyboughal

    Serious advice there

I'm a member there since I was ten years old :) (only recently back)

Essentially the rule of thumb is the greens roll towards the village. But some greens have changed ever so slightly.

As most people comment, the greens are the toughest part of the course. The greens arnt great at the moment, but the course is shaping up nicely for the summer.

Good quality food to be fair and the Krishna in the pro shop is a gent and does some good deals.

I've dropped over 1200 quid with him over the last few months. Sunday I ordered a Taylor Made Ghost Recon TM110 putter for €104, Halpenny and McGuirks are retailing at €160/€129.

If your ever in doubt on the greens check out the fairway, typically the slant of the fairway is the break of the green ;)

Played a couple of times back when I was getting out a bit more than I am now. And yeah I'd echo the shouts about the greens, fiendishly difficult to read but its a nice course and everyone we met there was sound out including the lad in the pro-shop. Nice atmosphere about the place.
