Switched from 02 to Meteor - prob with number

    Last month I switched from 02 to Meteor but kept my number. I have a friend who cannot get through to me. Every time she rings she gets 'this number is no longer in service'. Her texts don't come through either but mine go to her.
    I don't have this problem with anyone else.

    Anyone any ideas as to what may be the problem? She's with vodaphone.

    Vodafone need to update their routing. Just ring Meteor customer care or pop into a store. They can arrange to get it done.

    Correct. Ask them to escalate it to Tech and they should have it fixed within 24-48 hours for you.
