we are putting on an extension and i was wondering how much a plumber would charge for labour only. There are 3 urinals and a cistern, 7 toilets, 5 Washbasins and an electric shower. We are providing all materials and its only cold services running to everything. I managed to do the 1st fixing myself. The pipework for everything is running down the wall from the ceiling. Just wondering what a rough est. is for labour. Thanks

If anyone wishes to quote for this please send a Private Message(PM). If you wish just to advise ideas just advise away.

Do not quote openly and say you did not understand. This is the warning.

From the reading of the quote I imagine you have done the first fixing to cut down on labour. Judging by your name and the details i am going to guess its a golf club in which case i am also going to guess because its cold services only you have a T90/Mira elite 2.

You have a couple of problems with this Job. Most insurences do not allow T90's in clubs as they are not thermostatic safe but for a private club you might get away with it. Additionally its illegal as for as i am aware to run just cold water. Hot water will have to be run for an undersink heater.

You are going to need a plumber and an electrician.

You are also going to have to have the plumber check over the work you done and if the pipes are buried its going to be hard.

You are asking for a lot and you are not giving much. I suggest you ring around and have plumbers and electricians visit.
