    Hi guys,

I find myself constantly drinking water but never really knew how much i was drinking throughout the day. So over the weekend i decide to note how much i was drinking and to my shock im drinking 7-10 litres a day!

Im very active going to the gym 4 days a week for up to 2 hours, 90 mins lifting and 30 mins cardio, i also work 3 days a week and have an active job constantly on my feet and on the move.

So how much water should i be drinking? 7-10 litres surely is too much?

    Thanks for the help.

It does seem like a lot.

Yes, it's possible to drink too much. Take a look at your pee. If your urine is clear or almost clear, it's an indication that it's too dilute. It should be a page yellow colour. Obviously, if it's very dark, you need to drink more.
