Paintless dent removal before respray

I'm getting my car ready for a full respray over the coming weeks and I was thinking of getting someone out to remove any dents before it goes for paint, so there's little or no filler used on the body.

Can anyone recommend a guy for this who covers the Cavan area? I found one guy on donedeal, http://cars.donedeal.ie/for-sale/carextras/3104496 anyone familiar with his work?

The bodyshop will do that themselves.

Will they not just slap on some filler? Easiest option for them?

No self respecting bodyshop would, they'll get the metal/plastic back to as close as possible to the original shape, and skim at the end. Filler's not designed to cover up big dents, it's supposed to be a final step before primer to achieveing a smooth finish.

There's no major dents (from memory) just some small dings here and there. I haven't a painter got for her yet but I will ask them what they do about dents and how they get rid of them.

Best option really, talk to the bodyshops and explain what you want. They work with metal every day, they'll be able to do what you ask.
