Consuming too many Avacados?

I had to laugh when I came here to post this after seeing the is an egg a day ok? thread.

Its along similar lines but to do with Avacados.

Quite recently I've found myself eating an avacado a day, I haven't turned green just yet but I'm wondering about the fat content in them.

Is there such a thing as too much good fats? The average avacado contains 30 grams of unsaturated fat.

My diet is very fruit and whole grain heavy, my other fat sources come from real butter, coconut oil for frying, nuts and eggs (I bake gluten free brownies a lot using no dairy or eggs, just very dark chocolate, almond flour and un-refined brown sugar).... Odd bar of turkish delight too...

I eat very little cheese and consume no milk (in its raw liquid form.. I don't use it in cooking but I do consume dairy with the butter daily) and I've yet to hear of someone becoming obese from eating too many avacados. I'm 5'6 and 52.3kg so I want to keep what fat I do have. My brother has also suggested that I up my protein intake to avoid further weight loss, (he's into muscle gain and suggested I try it out instead of complaining about having no tone)

So too much of a good thing?

I have become addicted to avocados also eating one a day.
I haven't really thought about it but as far as i know avacados do have quite a bit of calaries and fat but its all good fats and avacados are extremely good for you and even help you lose weight.

But i don't really know, sorry. This is just what i always thought.
