Where can I buy craft resin?

Hello there,
I am trying to find some craft resin, or known as epoxy resin I think,
You can use it to make necklaces, earrings, whatever, it kind of gives a plastic look to it, it usually comes with two components,
here is an example of a finished product ;

You can also fill it with stickers and sprinkles

My question is, where can I get it? I live in Kilkenny, I've tried a few Art and Hobby shops and no luck. I WOULD buy it online but since epoxy is a chemical there is no overseas shipping from where it is.

I bought resin from USA many times thru Amazon. My favourite resin is by Lisa Pavelka which is already mixed and ready to rock. You need a fine sunny day for the resin to set. I got a ultra violet lamp thing to harden the resin - on Amazon.
