I am just wondering has anyone bought the NONO epilator. It seems to be a type of laser / epilator hair removal system. It is being advertised on TV all the time ( and am brain washed ). Its quite expensive about €250. If there is already a thread on this I would be grateful if someone would redirect me.

    Thanks in advance :)

As there's no reply, nobody must be buying it. Maybe because its so expensive. No wonder it's popping up everywhere. I've been toying with the idea of buying, but I wish someone would come on and tell it like it is.

I haven't got one but out of 203 reviews on amazon, 164 give it one star out of five. That doesn't sound too good!

oh that's not good at all.
the add on TV says they've sold 2 million but the sample size they use for the customer satisfaction statistics is something ridiculous like 40 something, instantly don't trust something if the numbers are off like that

Thanks very much for your replies. I've just been on the Amazon site, both .com and .co.uk. and definitely the No No is a no no.

I saw a review for this on the pixiwoo blog this week and it got a good review on there. Id be more inclined to trust amazon though!

Pretty sure those reviews are for the old model. The one being sold at the moment is the 8800

    Still not great reviews though

I read some of the reviews on amazon too and they aren't great. I think I will stick with my epilator for now. Thanks for all the replies :)
