Am I the only one who'd think twice about buying a car registered in 2013? Or are there a few more superstitious folks like me out there? :o

    Absolutely not.

    I could never afford one.

Not next year, I'd wait for a year or two and let sweet, wonderful depreciation take about 40% of the purchase value off first.

Well it'd obviously be a fake for starters

I imagine there'd be something amiss if you could get your hands on a 2013 car. Doc Brown, that you?

I'd consider it but the fact that I can't drive would probably put me off.

Would it be OK if the number plates all have XIII on them next year?:):):)

I'd buy one second hand in a couple of years. And I'd try to buy it off a superstitious salesman, might get a discount for taking the bad luck off his hands.;)

No, I'm currently in the process of building a vehicle capable of Alcubierre drive.

    Then I won't need car.

And you just know every car in an accident with this reg will be reported by our retarded media in that context...

    dont do superstition,

    tempted to request,

    13 KK 1313

I'd only buy one if my horoscope said it was alright and the cards gave me the all clear. And only if a black cat or a magpie didn't cross me on the way to the dealership.

And I'd have to read the salesmans aura first. If that was okay I'd buy it.

Unless it was Friday the 13th. That's just asking for trouble.

    Nope I fear odd numbers.

as far as superstitions go, it's about two thousand numbers away from unlucky number 13, so why not?

not that i could afford one.

I plan to buy one, hoping it'll be a bit cheaper because of silly superstitious people :)

I heard the motor industry want a new number next year instead of 13 because they feel a lot of people wont buy a car with a 13 reg, i know i would not anyway.

Would you buy a '13 reg car?

Well I don't need new wheels, but if I did? I'd make sure to buy on the 13th of January at 13.13hrs precisely.

Are people still superstitious? No wonder we can't progress.

Why not? What power does the number 13 have over you?
