Can anyone give me recommendations for a firm who deal especially with wills, estates etc. or even where to find them.

    Thanks

Can't think of a worse way to find a solicitor. Many of the best and most reliable practitioners are discreet and do not self promote.
AN estate with no will is not particularly complicated. The rules on intestate succession are straightforward and clear. There is a Society of Trust & Estate practitioners (STEP) if your really need a specialist.

You're not really going to need a STEP specialist for a intestacy. The rules are straightforward. Most solicitors will be able to help you fine.

This is a bit like saying I have a head cold, do you know any consultant doctors who specialise in this area? When the reality is that your GP is expert enough to deal with same.

Any local firm will have more than sufficient expertise to handle an intestate estate. This is bread and butter stuff. Ask your friends and relatives for recommendations of local solicitors.
