Hurling hand injury.

Hi lads, I've been at the ball alley a lot recently Doing a lot of hard work, and I've been getting blisters/cuts from it on my right hand(stronger hand) Is it the hurling grip that's doing this or am I doing something wrong? Does anybody know how to heal these blisters/cuts quickly? Any help is much appreciated
