I'm not sure, but I'd say IKEA could be a good bet. I do know they do wicker baskets and for quite cheap too. Not sure whether they're the shape you're looking for.

Or, if you mean empty hanging baskets, I've seen wicker ones in Woodies.

I bought a window box the other day as much for the basket as the flowers in it. When they die, I'm going to put my own ones in it (well that's the plan anyway!).
