Hi, i tried to request a P21 balancing statement today online but the website doesn't appear to be functioning properly. anybody else having this trouble? it asks for 3 digits of your PIN at the end of the process and that's where it stops. strange.

I just requested a P21 for 2011 and it went through just fine.

Have you tried since?
