Plastic products question Finance p274 Apd 4 leasing 130 000 * 3.673 I do not know where this figure comes from 3.673. I think they made mistake 3 yr annuity is 2.673 4 year annuity is 3.465. Which is it 3 year or 4 year. I think 3 year but the conclusion will change. please help

Is the rent paid in advance? If so the first payment isn't discounted eg. has a factor of 1, then the 3 year annuity rate applies for the 2nd, 3rd and 4th payments. So the factor you use in this case is 1 + 2.673.
