Student holiday in Ireland?

    Hi,

Could anyone recommend somewhere in Ireland that would be good for a group of college students to go for a weekend? We're looking to rent a house, it'd be great if it was near a town with pubs etc. but we're not looking for the typical clubbing weekend away, we'd happily go somewhere rural and stay in, as long as it was accessible as we don't drive! Something along the lines of Bundoran but, not Bundoran! I have no issue finding houses it's just the location that's the issue! Thanks for any help!

kerry : ballybunion, glenbeigh (not sure on the spelling sorry ), dingle, .... anywhere in kerry really

ballybunion has the beach, night life (at the weekends anyway lol ), bus into tralee

glenbeigh is a nice place, beach, mountains, trees etc outside things

dingle has ... well everything the other two has and a dolphin so dingle is great :D
