    If they are advertising for positions they want to fill.
    Why do you have to pay to see the exhibitors? :?

    I've got a free online ticket.

    There are as well some employers (e.g. airlines) who have a job application fee.

    No one is forced to go/apply.
    And you use that kind of charges to reduce the amount of people who attend/apply to the ones that are more serious about that.

    I dunno. Your always going to attract huge numbers at this kind of thing.
    If that was the idea why wouldn't they charge everyone.

    Didn't go. I don't believe at paying 10€ to go to a jobs exhibition. It just does not make any sense.
