Cauliflour Cheese Bake

Hey

so i just have a quick question
i was looking at the Operation Transformation booklets you used to get in tesco
i saw a recipie for a Califlour and cheese bake thing
im not mad on cauliflour but im just wondering would broccoli work instead?
would i need to steam/boil it a small bit before hand??

As vegetables I treat them as interchangeable. I don't see why you would need to do anything differently, so if the cauliflower resipe doesn't ask for pre-cooking I wouldn't pre-cook the broccoli either.
