    Depending on exact circumstances it could be sections 4,6,7 or 25 or 26. The sections are very broad to try and cover as many things as possible.

    that what I was thinking alright!!
    im not doing criminal law until next year but tring to get my head around it this year:rolleyes::rolleyes:

    is there no specific law relating to the theft and then use of a credit card? Like other than in this Act??

    The Terms and Conditions of your contract with the Credit Card company would also come into it. PIN provisions are especially annoying when someone gets both and you are then liable for the money they steal!
