    Hi,

Was wondering what your opinion is of leg curl attachments. I was looking at a few online, they seem to come in around 100 euro.

    Here is an example.

The only problem I see is that when in the lying position range of movement seems pretty poor - see 1.20 minutes in - his legs are up at a 30 degree angle in the resting position.

Do any of you have experience of these ?

    Many thanks

They're terrible and not worth wasting your time on.

Band leg curls/swiss ball leg curls are a better option.

And squatting and deadlift variants are an even better option again.
