Im not a huge salad person but am now worried that , that's all Ill be able to eat
I have a long day in work as I commute . Im gone from 7am until about 8pm so would like to be able to eat maybe 4 or 5 small meals a day to stop me being starving by the time I get home in the evening

Bring in leftovers from dinner the night before.

    Make batches of soup.

You can get great recipes online. I love tuna salads. Prawn salads... I've just been diagnosed Wheat and Dairy Intolerant so!

If you want to avoid wheat, you will have to first get out of the mindset that you can simply pop into a shop and grab something quick to eat. One of the reasons wheat is in so many foods is that it is so easily processed to make the food it is added to convenient to eat.

As suggested before, forward planning is the best thing you can do. On your days off, spend an hour or two making batches of food, freeze them and bring them into work. Eating tuna and sweetcorn from a can may seem odd, but doing it every day for every snack will get tiring very fast, so use that as your convenient last resort.

You are going to have to prepare your own food,it is so hard to buy wheat free food, esp if you don't like salad. Rice and veg with some fish or meat is filling and easy to make, fritatta, quiche without the crust, stir fry, stew, soup.
