How come SFXT is the only single elim tourney?

I don't have any strong feelings towards not seeding mk9. Umvc also, may aswell. like you say we can use doc seed list.

Sfxt singles due to space/time continuum being as it is constrained on the day.

Someone was onto PM with me on IRC about writing an article about the Evo Qualifers for http://www.versusism.com/, just asked me whether there was a site for registering and I gave him it and I'll link the article when it's up.

I'm not sure where the lines were crossed but there seems to be a big contradiction in the article:

"special first prize of a flight & accommodation to the event"

later

"First prize is a return ticket to Las Vegas. This does not include accommodation."

I'm not sure which one is correct but would be best to clarify

I would guess that's a poor choice of words which means that you get entry paid to Evo.

Is it not possible to stretch to covering accomodation. Looking at 4 nights (Thursday though Sunday night) in the Hotel I stayed in, would cost €163. Personally I dislike the idea of a prize where the winner will still have to pay something out of his own pocket, but thats just me. If the person wanted to stay longer he could cover that himself.

Whilst this is a possibility and happened last year, it will be determined by the events success and as such until we know for definite, we can't just say it.

Yes, there will be registrations on the day as well. If you have done so online, we will confirm this with you on the day when you enter.

Both if possible. I was gonna post up in the equipment thread and ask if people who had the game could do it gradually over the next couple of weeks. That would make my job a little easier on the day. Unfortunately it has to be done for each character so its a bit of a job.
