Twitter is a mess, sort yourself out

    I'm only an occasional user, Ryan Giggs & the like.
    How does anyone coherently follow someones musings on it, it's an awful mess.
    Interactions with other posters lead you into dead ends of their ramblings, links look generic & messy.
    I consider myself computer literate but the format really annoys me.

    I once spent 10 minutes explaining the concept of a browser tab after getting sidetracked when asking someone over the phone to click the back button, but of course he was "computer literate"...

    Yeah, it's a catch all term that could mean anything.
    I repair PC's as a sideline, mainly virus & easy hardware issues.
    Handiest 40 quid you'll ever earn is using CCleaner to shut down useless startup entries, install MSE for free & customer thinks you're a god.
    The amount of people still forking out 30 quid a year for Norton or McAfee is scary.

    I find the twitter iPhone app to be ace.
    I find the twitter PC app to be painful.
