Will Visa Debit Card be accepted in america

Going on holidays to boston. I have an Ulster Bank Visa Debit card. Does anyone know will i be able to use this freely in the states.

Yes, pretty much anywhere that accepts Visa credit cards will accept Visa Debit. As will most ATM's etc.

You shouldn't have a problem. Might be worth telling your bank that you're travelling to America though, sometimes they see the foreign activity on your card and think something funny is going on.
