Where can a Dublin newbie play soccer in or around Dublin 9?

A friend of a friend has recently arrived in Dublin from Spain and is a keen and pretty good soccer player by all accounts. He's living in Beaumont and is itching to start playing...are there any clubs he can join or any people/groups/leagues…

A friend of a friend has recently arrived in Dublin from Spain and is a keen and pretty good soccer player by all accounts. He's living in Beaumont and is itching to start playing...are there any clubs he can join or any people/groups/leagues that have regular kickabouts somewhere in the Dublin 9 area?

He doesn't know anyone in Dublin and English isn't his first language so it's difficult for him to ring around or ask people.
