    Hi guys/gals,
Visiting my gf for the week while I'm on study week. I left my guitar in Galway and I was wondering if anyone knows of a music shop on the north side that wouldn't mind if I popped in and played a guitar for a while. Anywhere near oConnell street would be cool.

    Thanks

Pretty sure you can test guitars in Waltons on Georges St and The Music Maker (???) on Exchequer St.

Walton's main shop on Nth. Frederick St. is a few hundred metres from the Parnell monument end of O'Connell St.

head over to the waltons on georges street just off Dame street, then there is about 3 other music shops within touching distance, just off wicklow street, such as Music Maker,Guitar Centre, and Pitch Perfect.

I would recommend music maker most... nice staff...do deals on instruments...

    will match thomann prices.
