    After selling my Megane at the tail end of last year I'm back in the market for some wheels. I'm hoping to spend as close to €1000 as possible but could maybe stretch towards the €1500 mark if the right car came up. I want something in the 1lt to 1.4lt region. Although I don't have a big budget I would like something that looks half decent as well as runs well. Any curve ball suggestions are most welcome :D

    Also, do garages get many trade-ins that they look to shift at rock bottom prices. I've heard whispers of this practice through the grapevine but have no knowledge of where to start when looking for such cars.

    Any opinions on auctions? I purchased my last car at the one in naas, I got it for a good price but it came with a few hidden problems, some bigger than others.
