    Hi all, dropped a mini pump near start of this race today. The make is Lezyne and colour blue, expensive little pump so if anybody came across it would really appreciate if u let me know. Thanks... Great race btw

    I was behind you when it came off but sorry i didnt see what happened to it. today was my first ever race. i was naive to enter! whole race took me 1 hr 55 minutes. i was solo for 47km! did you last the pace. it was hectic at the start. was this normal pace setting out?

    Hi Raymzor, thanks anyway. Yeah managed to hang on but last assent 4 got away then this went to 7, so chased with another guy and about 10 secs off winners came in 8th/9th but annoyed with myself. Yeah thats normal pace for A4 racing, alot of strong guys...keep at it, you will be get stronger and be mixing with the strongest soon, fair play to ya.

    Yep that's normal pace, so get used to it !! ie. this was my 1st race this year & only my 4th ever, and I'm still trying to get up to speed, so..............hang tough, get plenty of km's under your wing & keep-her-lit !

    Personally, I was going grand until up the steep section on 'that' climb, and then I got cramp in my right calf. Pity as I was hoping to stay close to the peloton for the 3 laps :(

    That descent was murder tho, into a strong headwind, and if you got caught on your own you were screwed.

    disappointing about your pump vinnie. thanks to you both for the support. what were yer lap times-overall times? well done vinnie on the top ten. there must have been nearly 60 A4S. total of 179 riders signed on the day. morrisse, what will u do avoid cramp in future?
