    I did, models: http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/forumdisplay.php?f=486

Its not what I thought it was about, and one of the first threads is about the lack of model flying clubs, before I realised it was a forum on models and not models I thought there was a thread bemoaning a lack of a really good looking members only formation flying club or something.

I do this clicking into threads/forums I know jack about all the time. I think it's bloody brilliant. You can learn about all sorts of cool shít and the enthusiasm behind it. :)

Rejoice in the awareness of feeling stupid, for that’s how you end up learning new things. If you’re not aware you’re stupid, you probably are.

Sometimes a thread title on the home page catches my eye, even though its about something i wouldn't normally have any intrest in, I have an awful habit of clicking into any thread i see on the rules of golf,
i have never played golf, have no interest in playing, played pitch and putt, ONCE, never again

Go into the survivalism forum... guys planning for the end of the world as we know it by discussing the buying up of batteries, candles and tinned tuna by the pallet - load like it's ready to happen.

I presume they will have an ironic last laugh through their tinned tuna sandwiches at me rooting in a bin for food after the s hits the fan, but until then, check that forum out. Mental.

I do it all the time and read lots of interesting stuff but of all the things I occasionally dip into the Airsoft guys take the biscuit, the Christianity forum can be mind boggling at times too.

its a private form so you have to ask for access, but Ranting & Raving contains one of the best threads on boards, the Cries Of Retail thread, 200 odd pages of hilarity

Conspiracy theories is unbelievable at times. I often click on threads in the politics forum and I'm flabbergasted with the terminology used in it.

Zombie survival is a mad place

One OP emailed his local TDs and councillors asking about government emergency plans when the zombie apocalypse takes place

And a realy cool county councillor replied back with info and where to get more info from Dept of the Environment
    What a brilliant councillor

So the OP emailed Alan Shatter for Minister for Defense to see what the army will be doing, I'll have to check that thread for the latest update :D

Beerguts and receding hairlines can be good,if you stress them out enough their hair recedes even further and they console themselves by drinking more beer.

Oulwans and Oulfellas, i worry about the ones that have not posted in months.
i hope my fears about them are unfounded:pac:
