hi all , need some info please.i just installed a water softner my self .the info on the manual showed how to plumb it and fill with salt and said its factory set so no need to set anything just plug it in .so all done and thought every thing ok that was two weeks ago. ichecked the salt level and did not think it went down at all, also is there not supposed to be a few inches of water in bottom of tank because there is no water in mine. any ideas on that or could it be working ok and not using much salt:confused:
    cheers

is the salt wet? Is there an air bleed/vent on the top of this?
is the in/out flow correct way around.?
