I went to clean my rabbit's just there and there seemed to be a big mess out side of the cage don't know why but looked in their toilet tray and it looked weird it was moving they have just had babies today

The cage need's to be cleaned and their is at leat one baby in the toilet tray what do i do ????

I don't want to hurt the baby but don't want something to happen to the baby as that's were the rabbits go to the toilet so its the dirtiest part of the cage.

Just had a bit of a better look their is min 2

Distract the rabbits by moving them to the other end with food, then rub your hands on the litter/bedding, then carefully move the babies out of the tray and place them next or near to the tray. Clean the tray quickly as you can and replace it with a little already soiled little and a little clean litter so it still smells of them (this is a general good rule to encourage rabbits to keep peeing in the same spot.
Remove the male rabbit! Get him neutered, then once the babies are reared have the mum bun spayed.
