Hi, I am just wondering if someone could help me.
I have outlook 2003. I used to receive an email from the guy on a regular basis which was displayed properly as HTML. Since some time ago his emails are displayed not just in a plain text but with a lot of details to. I have checked outlook options to allow reading HTML emails but that made no difference.
below is a sample of that email:
    Thanks

I am using outlook 2003 and I do not have that option...
is it outlook that converts message into that or it comes to outlook converted somehow?

The culprit could be some anti virus add on, there are known problems with AVG, Google Desktop, etc., check the Add-In Manager:

    Tools > Options > Other > Advanced Options > Add-In Manager button

There was just exchange extension which I disabled, no Antivirus add-ins

    Options/Mail Format

Uncheck "Use MS Office Word 2003 to edit e-mail messages"

If that 'cures it it's Word at fault here.
