I can never bring myself to sleep before 4.

It's annoying lying in bed trying to sleep. For 75 minutes been trying, I'm typing this from my iPhone in bed.

My pattern just gets messed up, every couple of days I sleep 1 hour longer. Before I know it 1 week later I'm waking up 5-6 hours later than last week. The next week double that until it comes round again.

If only if there was a device that would allow your brain to go into sleep mode at your will. I know sleeping pills get you out of your tree and then you fall asleep, but they are addictive.

Dont usally go to bed before 4am-5am.

Is it sexist to think that girls/women/ladies/whatever should be asleep at this time of the night ? I have a feeling it probably is. But whatever. Get to bed OP. It's past your bedtime. A lady should be sleeping at this time of night.

I am the only one who gets in a rut with these sleeping patterns?

Like say if I have to get up at 9am. But I cant get to sleep to a mental hour so I get up feeling like a zombie with the lack of sleep.

If you're a man it's perfectly natural, however if you're a woman you probably need to see a doctor as there is more than likely something wrong with you.

Is there a subtle sexist attitude in this post?

No. It clearly states she a housewife stay-at-home mother masquerading as a doctor. Aww bless.
