Lost main car key

Toddler I believe lost my Ford Focus car key with integrated central locking fob. I have a spare but wondering if it's possible to get replacement one with fob ? I assume ford will charge a pretty penny :(

My aunt had to get one for her c-max last month set her back €100

Yes its the same fob as the focus she got it in the ford dealership where she got it (Cavanagh's of Fermoy)

Ye won't believe this ......the keys turned up today down the back of a radiator along with a missing I touch
