    Amywhere in cork with daytime muaythai or classes at half eight in evenings

    your spolit for choice in cork, all of them I am sure wil do classes in the evenings, most of them post on here so you can find out from them if they do day time classes.

    Most gyms in Cork have classes everynight but id say your out of luck for 8.30pm class.

    As for morning we do (Siam Warriors Cork) have groups train for fights or lads doing shift work but this rolls from week to week time wise as its arranged between us in the evenings.

    Theres plenty do privates which can cover alot 1 to 1.

    All gyms have websites ,ours is down at the moment so contact if you like 086 3035412 Martin. Gym is Blarney st 5mins from North gate Bridge

    Sitjaipetch Gym run mixed daytime classes every Monday & Wednesday 11 am to 1 pm
    We also hold private lesson one on one or small Group training by appointments for many different groups

    Monday & Wednesday
    Daytime Class 11am -1pm
    Night Class 6:30 -745pm Beginner
    Fighters 7pm to 9pm
    Advanced mix 7:30 to 9pm

    Tuesday & Thursday
    Juniors 6:15pm to 7pm
    Beginner and Mix 7pm to 8:30pm
    Fighters 7pm to 9pm

    Friday
    Fighters 6:30 to 8:15pm
    Strength & Conditioning Class 7pm to 8pm
    Mix Muaythai Class 7-8:15pm

    Saturday
    Mix Muaythai 12:30 – 1:30pm
    Open Class 1:30 -3pm
